Recipe for one batch:
You need:
One package of Oreos
One 8 ounce package of cream cheese
White Chocolate (chocolate bark for melting)
Red cake decorating gel
1 Small package of M&Ms
Instructions:
Crumble entire package of Oreos until smooth
Add cream cheese to crumbled Oreos (works GREAT in a food processor)
Form Oreo mixture into balls and place on cookie sheet covered in wax paper and place in fridge or freezer
When balls are stiff, melt the white chocolate in microwave
Using a toothpick, dip balls into melted chocolate, place back on cookie sheet.
Add an M&M in the center of each ball before chocolate hardens
When all are covered, place in fridge and chocolate will harden
Once completely hardened use decorating gel to make eye veins
Return to the fridge until ready to serve
